let me give you some hints how to have success on yuwie.

why are you here??

I guess most of you joined yuwie to make some extra cash.....am I right?....comeon, be honest!

I did it because of this, too.

I like to make friends from all over the world, but why not getting some extra cash for it AND also help the otheres to get some?!

First: do not use any cheat programs to get more friends, sure you can do it anyway, but let me tell you something.....

everytime I see my friends , my views, my profile views or my referrals and their views growing, it gives me such a good feeling. it tells me that the time I spent and the work(yes work!!) I invested in Yuwie, was all worth it.

here we go, see Yuwie as some kinda part time job. But a job you realy like. so do not expect to get paid for nothing. you have to give something to receive something.

sure in the beginning it won`t be much, but work harder and you will see some success. I joined on Feb. 04th 2008 and all ready have more then 700 friends and some referrals. means I´m not even a months on Yuwie.

but it was hard ( and funny) work so far......

get more friends: look at my friendlist- I have over 700 friends and I never used any of these chainmails or some friend adder! what I do is go to the yuwie HOME and ask the new members to be my friend, by simply welcome them to Yuwie.  And of course I accept any request I get.

what else? if you are on a friends page and some profile pic get´s your attention, go there and ask for being added as a friend.

Upload a Profile pic: yes, this is very important. this is what people see first. you can change it every now and then, but make sure you have one. I always use a pic of myself, it´s nice to know who your friends are, don`t hide yourself!!

Get A cool Layout: next thing people see is your page, so make it interesting and surprise the Yuwie`s! that´s how you get good ratings. if you are new, you can use a ready layout, but after been here a while, why not designing your own one. it´s not that difficult as it seems. just take some time and create your own artwork, your own layout.

UPDATE: design as many Layouts as possible and share them. Do not set them private. Because everytime your Layout is viewed you will get a view!! See, new members always look for a ready made Layout, as there is too much to do at first here on Yuwie, so  another good thing to get views

Write some blogs: it doesn´t matter what it´s all about, there will always be some friends who are interesting in the subject. feel free to write whatever you want.

Upload Pictures: oh yes, give your friends something to look at. upload your own artwork, vacation pictures or any artwork from other artists you admire. and hey if you have pets, share this wonderful relationships with your friends. I know there are many animal lovers here on Yuwie. and as for me I always love to see otheres pets.

Show your friends you care:this can be very difficult the more friends you get. I know, but every now and then you have some time left, thats when you should post some lovely comments on your friends sites.

2 important things: the birthdays of people are always shown on your control panel: send a "Happy Birthday" comment( it doesn`t take that much time-does it?)

say "thank you for the add" to all new friends. this you realy should do. hey you not only make the other person happy, you also get page vies for yourself and the new friend!!

see how easy it is to get page views!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never use the red shortcuts!!!: no !! never!!! - why? because you  and your friend get more views, if you go to a profile page and leave a comment from there. do not always go the easy way! invest some time, it´s good for you and for your friends!

Update: I just opened a blog where everyone can leave comments, my comment box is no longer seen on the page, since lot´s of people still do not know they loose page and profile views, by using the red shortcut to leave a comment.if you want to increase your views you should do the same!AND PLEASE MY FRIENDS USE THIS BLOG-THANK YOU

Never ever set your profile to private!!!!!!!: Yuwie is not the place for privacy!. when I go to a page and it says "set to private" I simply leave. that´s all I can do. It doesn`t mean you have to reveal all your private stuff, hell no, just create a page that shows something about yourself, not all....of course. But never ever set it to private. if you do you won`t make many friends and you won`t have success on Yuwie!!!!!!

I guess these are the basics....let us talk about advanced Yuwie using......

what else can you do to make your page more interesting and make your friends come back????

You can.... add a guestbook

                   add a picture slideshow

                   add a music Playlist

                   add a Video-music Playlist( like I did)

                   start competitions( like some of my friends)

                    add Youtube videos

                   start a club and invite people

I´m pretty sure there is much more, if you have any suggestions, fell free to leave a comment here and help others to create a cool Yuwie page.

Almost forgot the most importand thing: INVITE YOUR FRIENDS OR INVITE PEOPLE FROM OTHER SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES(like myspace, friendster, facebook, bebo and so on..........

and then explain to them these rules.
