Some people have actually asked me what I have against other countries and why I put so much of my effort toward helping people in the United States? Honestly, I wish it were not that way, because I have lots of friends in other countries that need the help more. The problem is, my main interest is in advertisers who want to pay for people to view their offers and THEY want prospects from the USA.

So naturally, many of the more lucrative websites online limit their membership to this targeted group, especially the ones that are free.
