I just pulled a couple pics from the net. I think trees are very expressive. What do you think?
Do you have any Ole ' Oak Trees around You ? Other Tree type ? I like the Pines,especially the fern pines.

This Ole ' Oak,so beautiful !
When I was young I just about lived in a Ole ' Walnut tree, Cherish to this day the wonderful moments. The Ole ' Tree shared many a walnuts in those days. The Oak & the Walnut Trees seem simaler to me, Think their brothers - Smile'.

It seems the younger Oaks have smoother trunks,is this Correct ? How else can you tell the age of an Oak than by rings ? Height? Branch-Lengths ? Trunk Base size?

But it was a cottonwood tree that sheltered me as a child. It was under the cottonwood tree that the spirits brought me back when I was 12.
