| SAFELISTS
What's a safelist?
It's an email forum where you can send offers and biz ops safely to thousands without having to worry about spam complaints. It works similar to TEs except you don't sit and continually look at ads. You simply write up a brief summary, like you did in your personal emails, including your link. Submit it. The safelist owners will then mail out your email ad to all the people in their list (including you).
Many will read your ad, click on your link, and some will sign up. You can submit everyday. New members are always being added and some who didn't read it the first time may read it another time. So do it often.
You may want to set up another email account as you will also be getting email ads from other members of the safelist. If you click on their links, you get points to be able to send yours out more often. You can choose to just delete them without opening if you want.
I personally only use one safelist so as not to have to keep up with the flood of emails from joining more. You can see it here:
ProBlaze
Be sure to ask if there's something you don't understand or have questions about.
CHELE has some very good information about safelists on her blog "Online Marketing Tactics - Safelists"
Go by and check it out. I am finding some very good information in club members' blogs. Look out....I'm on the scout!

| Another great lesson! Thanks you for keeping the information coming. Would you suggest opening a seperate free email account just for the safe list? Also would you share any of your ads with us? I have used link exchanges and autosurfs(best results) to advertise and it works but have never used safe lists. I will give it a try. Thanks, Troy |

| If you're only going to use one safelist, you probably won't need to open another email account. But more than that, maybe.
Here is a very short ad I put out recently:
"I have often said if I could get paid from using Myspace, I could own a small island by now!
If you're into social networking, [FIRST_NAME], you'll love this........"
Short & Sweet. You can add more. Write whatever you want. I wouldn't make it too long, though. They may or may not read it all.
adding [FIRST_NAME] inserts the reader's first name.
Headlines are important so you will get them to open the email. Mine read,"Myspace is DEAD!" Sort of intriguing. Makes you wonder what's inside.
You should try using different ones. If people see the same one over & over, they aren't as apt to open it again. |

see my reply to Albert's topic on same thing:
I took a look.
First off, I'm leary of anything that makes such bodacious, outrageous claims.
Second, in order for this program to work, you will have to promote it, just like you do Yuwie. In other words, you have to get referrals to it. The only people who are going to see your Yuwie ads are people who also sign up for T2000 under you or your referrals. You could add it to your TE list of URLs or any other advertising methods you have if you want to use it.
I would suggest not using it here at Yuwie, if you signed up with it here. Since the person who signs up under you, if they are also using it to promote Yuwie, their Yuwie link will go before yours, putting their cookies on the users pc and you will not get the referral. It circumvents the entire process.
So, I suggest, if you're going to use T2000, use it somewhere besides Yuwie. I am deleting all future posts of this banner. |

| Okay, this is only going to work if you promote it...to get a million hits, you've got to have 10 people on each of 6 levels deep, and the only way to get them is to promote this advertising page...and then they've got to click 6 ads to get to there....they're going to be clicking through the ads to get to the end result (advertising for themselves), not signing up for what they see in the ads
I don't mean it as criticism, it may work for you - just sounds kind of like going around the block to get across the street to me...but that's just me! ;-P |

| Ok I looked at all the pages and links with chele...I signed up for that first safelist...get your ads read...
I see there are credits and non credits..it said something about each credit is for each member?!?
Are there any good lists where I can send out like 1-3 a day and get everyone else's in my mailbox..without having to worry about credits...That would be more ideal... |

At PROBLAZE I think you get to send 3 per day with Gold Membership. You can use the ones with no credits but I think people are more apt to open the ones with credits because they earn credits by clicking on your link. When you click on someone else's link in an email you earn 40 credits. So just click on a few and it earns you credits to send more out. Also, I think for a certain amount of time they are automatically upgrading you to Gold Member which entitles you to 10,000 free credits per month. |

| It does sound a little like a waste of time...do you know if its brought you referrals?!? |

| I should be spanked, I know, but haven't had time to track my links. I do know most of my referrals are people I do not personally know. |

| I am currently a member of about 60 safelists that I post to regularly. They do help some but not as much as one would think considering the time spent sending to all of them. |

| I don't like these 'reading your messages in order to send more message'-lists. I prefer lists like 'members of Yahoo! Groups ( http://groups.yahoo.com ), because then you're contacting people who want to have Fun. |

| Wow, this one sounds brilliant. I've been reading one lesson a day and applying it to my account. You are a godsend! But make sure you work on your own yuwie account as well! |

| Thanks, Dana. Safelists have been on my "to do" list for a while but I haven't gotten round to them yet. I'm sure it's essential to have a secondary email address to cope with the thousands of incoming emails but there's one thing I'm not too sure about. Do safelists actually get sign-ups? With everyone receiving thousands of emails every day, they're not going to have time to read each and every one of them. All the safelist members are trying to promote their own business rather than signing up to something new, I would have thought? |
