5).....Insurance Companies must be made to rectify their promises .........in legitimate claims for Katrina and elsewhere.
6).....The preservation of the ethnic- oriented education, .........life-purpose and history of African-American people .........within our progeny. The Cultivation .........of collective responsibility among our people.
7).....Universal efforts must be made to prevent the starvation .........of refugees in African countries and .........elsewhere in the world.
