I am currently enjoying the summer with my kids. Swimming, tanning, eating lots of junk...lol...Preparing for Football Season!!!

My favorite movie...Hmm....depends really...I have a favorite for each Genre...Steel Magnolias, LIke Chocolate For Water, etc...
The Strangers was the last movie I saw. It was AWESOME!
TV:
All CSI's, Bones, Numbers, Crimal Minds, Law and Order, Deadliest Catch, HOUSE M.D., Moment of Truth, Hell's Kitchen...and the list goes on and on....*I rarely ever get to watch many of my shows* I watch mostly SPROUT with the youngest...
Books:
I don't really have a favorite book....
Nightmares and Dreamscapes by Stephen KIng was the last book I read. I love Jude Deveraux, Dan Brown, Richard Bachman (Otherwise known as Stephen King), and many others.
Heroes/Idols:
I admire many people... WIthout naming names (you know who you guys are), I am most inspired by some of my closest friends. Strong women - Mind, body and soul...
My #1 Hero of all time is my father, Richard W. Ballard, J.R. He represented everything a man and person should be. Supportive of his Country and fellow Man, giving to his very last penny. Loving and kind to all creatures, whether deserving or not. Never expected anything in return. A smile and a firm handshake was always enough... I only hope to rear my children in efforts to become the decent, wonderful person my father was. I also hope to be the person my father had always hoped I'd be. I love you and miss you Dad....
