Laughter is essential to our overall well-being. It strengthens the immune system, releases the 'feel good' endorphins and shows on our faces eventually making us so much more beautiful and approachable. Those who try to rid their faces of laughter lines do themselves a great dis-service.
Laughter lightens our load on the journey through life, bonds us to others and deepens us as human beings. To be able to laugh at ourselves in all our frailty is a blessing, ensuring we do not become bitter and twisted.
Laugh and spread some sunshine - it will be dark soon enough...

I agree the Radio was a big part of it. I never participated in that either. Seems to negate the whole idea of a social site. I may try to stop in here from time to time for now...not sure if I have the time to adjust to a new site yet.
Hi Cloud, We started painting yesterday...it is past midnight now. We are only doing the outside of the house to start with. I haven't had to do any as yet , but now our nephew has gone home I might have to roll up my sleeves. Hubby has trouble raising his arms above his head because of his shoulders (one has old injury of torn rotor cuff and the AC joint is damaged in the other. Then there is the problem with his wrist...still no better. I think we might have bitten off more than we can chew. It is a bit cooler tonight. Bet you are pleased, Take care Robyn
